UNI Veterans Association Education Advancement Program

The Veterans Association at the University of Northern Iowa is striving to make our campus home for our active, reserve, and retired military members in the State of Iowa. The UNIVA Education Advancement Program will greatly improve our ability to further our efforts to make UNI a military friendly community for all to enjoy. We have moved closer to achieving this goal through a variety of programs such as military scholarships and opportunities to serve on university committees that create, recommend, and implement new military oriented policies that have helped expand UNI as the leader in Iowa for our service members and veterans. Other programs consist of community service, volunteer opportunities with other veteran programs, partnerships in the surrounding area and through participation with other campus based student groups. Together we can make UNI the desired university for our service members.
