The University of Northern Iowa has a football tradition that spans decades and is etched with big wins and great players. This includes 1958-1975, an era that included nine win seasons in 1960, 1964 and 1975.
The Rod Library and UNI Museum want to preserve this historical era, but it needs your help! There are over 250 films from this time available, but it is quickly deteriorating to the point it is unusable and gone. The library and museum need to digitize the film, and it costs $200 per film. Your gift will start preserving the film and ensure UNI Football history will live on forever.
You can help preserve history and also own a piece of it at this level! Donors at this level will receive a DVD of the Panthers 19-7 win over North Dakota State on September 24, 1960.
Touchdowns lead to victory, and you will help the project win at this level! Not only will you be responsible for saving one of the 255 films, you will also score an invite to a private showing of UNI Museum football memorabilia.
