Did you know UNI and Hawkeye Community College collected and analyzed data to examine the implementation of Leader in Me in 17 Cedar Valley schools? The results show how Leader in Me certified educators can lead to improvements in chronic absenteeism and decreased incidence in bullying in schools. Also, implementation of Leader in Me can lead to improvements in staff morale and job satisfaction.
